ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR HEAD

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree, Professional license (passed
    board / bar / professional license exam), Quantity survey, Engineering – civil and mechanical or
    equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
  • Preferably 5 years experienced employees specializing in quantity surveying or equivalent.
  • Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials.
  • Cost control, planning, forecasting and estimation.
  • Site visits, assessments and projections for future work
  • Analyzing completed work and arranging payment to contractors.

LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College degree in Engineering (mechanical) or
    equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must have an idea regarding company vehicles and heavy equipment
  • Excellent communication skills towards her subordinates
  • Understanding planning, shipping, warehouse management and inventory systems
  • Managing daily routes / schedules of shipments and deliveries
  • Knowing all aspects of warehouse operations
  • Reviewing inventory needs and keeping adequate stock
     Job description:
  • Responsible in monitoring company vehicles and heavy equipments
  • Do weekly reports
  • Handle drivers/operators
  • Ensures that all equipment are maintained.

ASSISTANT DESIGN HEAD

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree, Professional license (passed
    board / bar / professional license exam), Architecture or equivalent.
  • Preferably 5 years experienced employees specializing in project management, design
    engineering, construction management, CAD Presentation, sketch up presentation, Intercor
    Design or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City

OFFICE ENGINEER

  • Candidate must possess at least a professional license (passed board / bar / professional license
    exam), Engineering – civil, electrical, mechanical or equivalent.
  • Preferably female
  • At least 1-2 years experienced employees specializing in estimation skills, autocad or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Management, Accounting or
    equivalent
  • Preferably female
  • referably 1-2 years experienced employees specializing in secretarial / executive & personal
    assistant or equivalent
  • Required skill(s): Computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

AUDIT HEAD

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree, Professional license (passed
    board / bar / professional license exam), Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Preferably managerial / 8 years & up experienced employee specialized in Finance – audit /
    taxation or equivalent.
  • Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports,
    operating practices, and documentation.
  • Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.
  • Completes audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings.
  • Appraises adequacy of internal control systems by completing audit questionnaires.
  • Maintains internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires;
    recommending new policies and procedures.
  • Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with auditees.
  • Prepares special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating
    information and trends.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
